Tonight my hubby is out at a meeting and I am alone again…… I was going to watch a movie but a) I wanted to watch a Jane Austen movie and I don’t have any and b) by the time the kids got settled in bed it was too late to start one. *Sigh* The results of this lack of movie watching is that I am blogging, now, before you get too excited (haha), I have the beginnings of a cold and so my thinker is in a serious state of confusion…… I am not sure that you will be able to understand and/or follow any of it!
O.k. I will get the randomness out of the way first and then for the fun, the pics!!! I got to visit with SpecialEdsWife last night!!! It was so refreshing to just visit! I hadn’t realized just how much I was missing visiting with a friend. If you read this “E”, I would LOVE to visit again soon. It was so much fun! :o) Oh, and i haven’t REALLY forgotten about the link, just sort of um, didn’t think about it today…… I will send it soon, if I don’t um, not think about it again.
I am very frustrated with my disorganized self…… I have been reading (too many books simultaneously, actually) lately and came across this great quote which I was going to write a post around…… Can I find the book? No. I KNOW where I think I put it……. but it isn’t there. GRRR!!! I guess, as I don’t have a dog, I will have to blame it on the kids! :o)

I have been playing with textures more in my spare moments…… haha, o.k., so instead of doing what I really should be doing but don’t want to be doing…. There, now you have the ugly truth. Anyway, I did this pic of my middle child….. Same texture as that of my eldest in the previous post but, because the background in the pic is different (dry grass as opposed to green grass) the look is very different:

So, I REALLY need help with quotes and such to write on my little projects…. Anybody have any good sources of neat sayings?

I love the randomness of your post. The picture of "M" is adorable, I love the little glimmer of light on her fingertips, and the caption on that one is perfect. I also enjoyed visiting the other night and yes, it needs to happen more than once a month at Azure pick-up!

I'm loving the textures...especially the one at that old car! Just dropping by to let you know how to do the button. At the bottom of LiveWriter are 3 tabs (Edit, Preview, Source). Most likely you have Edit selected. When you copy the code, make sure to paste it into Source. (I always paste it either at the top of the coding or the bottom.) You can then click back on edit, and the button should appear. Hope that helps. :)
